Michelle Nelson is the Lead Digital and Content Marketing Specialist at Rice Lake Weighing Systems, a manufacturing company located in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Michelle has an English degree and is finishing her thesis for a Master of Arts in English-Writing degree at UWEC. She began her marketing career in 2014 as a copywriter and soon discovered a penchant for content marketing and digital advertising. Today, she is the team lead for global paid search, website analytics, SEO, social media, and content marketing.

Hayley Sirinek is a Marketing Specialist at Rice Lake Weighing Systems focusing on heavy capacity scales, livestock scales and instrumentation. Hayley has experience in project management, ad planning and placement, and B2B marketing. Hayley holds bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Kevin Schmidt is a Regional Sales Director for Marco Technologies.  Schmidt lead Marco’s expansion into Wisconsin and Illinois, that now employs more than 200 in the region.  Throughout Schmidt’s tenure, he has lead the integration of five acquisitions, grew the region to 33 million annually and currently oversees four sales teams.   Schmidt’s passion is in developing his teams into competent, business minded professionals who love what they do and have a desire to contribute to Marco’s growth culture.
