There are countless ways to get involved in AMA. Whether you are a freshman or a senior, you can use your talents to help around the community or at the National Level. Fill that resume with relevant experience by participating with the various opportunities AMA has to offer.
Directorship is one of the best ways to get involved. With nearly 25 positions each semester, director positions are very hands-on and essential to effectively running the organization. Any member can become a director, no matter how long they've been in the organization. Each Fall and Winter, directors interview with the Eboard for many positions.
Beef up your resume with some GREAT leadership experience. Joining the executive board will give you great insight into how to successfully manage and run a large group of people. The annual International Collegiate Case Competition is open to undergraduate teams with affiliated American Marketing Association chapters. This yearlong case competition challenges top marketing students to work together to create a marketing plan for the sponsoring competition.
Throughout each semester, we plan and host a variety of different events. These range from Buddy Bowling and Semi Formal to Marketing Week and Regional Conference. This year, we have our busiest schedule yet.
